Last Updated: November 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RemindMyCard website and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

RemindMyCard provides an automated platform that allows users to manually input credit card closing dates and due dates to receive automated email notifications. We also provide estimations for Credit Line Increase (CLI) eligibility based on standard industry rules.

Disclaimer: RemindMyCard is an alert tool, not a financial advisor or bank. We do not guarantee improvements in credit scores.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Billing: Services are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Yearly) as selected at signup. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
  • Payment Processing: We use Stripe, Inc. for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the cancellation link provided in your email alerts or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. We also reserve the right to terminate the service immediately in the event of any billing disputes or payment irregularities.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the dates you input into the system. RemindMyCard relies entirely on the data provided by the user. If you input an incorrect closing date, the alert will be sent at the incorrect time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RemindMyCard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Late fees incurred due to missed email alerts or spam filtering.
  • Incorrect data entry by the user.
  • Service interruptions or technical failures.

7. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Clause)

You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
